2. Payments: All strategy call fees (₹89) and service retainers are processed securely via Razorpay. Services commence only after successful payment confirmation.
3. Usage Rights: You retain full ownership of the final output videos. AdAura AI retains the right to use snippets for portfolio purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
4. Liability: AdAura AI is not liable for platform-specific bans (e.g., Instagram/YouTube) arising from content policies, though we adhere to all standard guidelines.
