Strategy Calls (₹89): The fee for the strategy call is non-refundable as it covers the time reserved by our consultants. However, if you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours prior to the call without penalty.
Service Retainers: Refunds for monthly services are governed by the specific service agreement signed at the time of onboarding. Generally, work already completed (scripting, training, editing) is non-refundable.
